Vocal Coaching

Vocal coaching supports students in preparing for a specific performance, audition, or recording session. Focusing on performance and performing strategies, stage presence, and stylistic and musical choices. This also includes acting within the song, mic technique, pronunciation and diction.

Enter the audition room with confidence. From TV, film and commercial work to musical theatre and theater. Work sides, memorize quickly and make strong choices.

Acting

Explore the craft of acting. Including monologues, scene work, character development and musical theatre coaching. We use multiple acting methods and techniques to fit your personal style and goals.

Movement

At T & E we support the whole performer, and believe a flexible and strong mind and body is where it all starts. Our movement sessions, curated to the students specific interests and needs are inspired by Dance, Yoga, and Pilates.

About T & E

A Voice studio in West Hollywood, CA, started by Toni White and Elias Wygodny as a way to share their combined love for all things music, theatre, stage, and screen.


  • Toni White

    A classically trained singer, actor, dancer and teaching artist, with over 25 years of professional performance experience. From originating the role of Tennah in Amazing Grace on Broadway, to embarking on six national and international broadway tours, as well as regional theater throughout the country. A Los Angeles native, Toni is a seasoned TV actor appearing in her first guest-star role at 6, opposite Neil Patrick Harris in Doogie Howser MD. Her childhood resume also includes Cheers, Lamb Chop, Based on An Untrue Story and Disney Channel original series Omba Makomba. Most recently her small screen credits include: Theresa on the long running NBC drama Chicago Fire., Chicago P.D., The Chi, and The 4400. She’s flexed her sketch comedy skills not once, but twice on The Conan O’brien Show. Memorable theater productions include: Aida, Guys & Dolls, Dreamgirls, Peter Pan, Allegro, Curtains, Soul Doctor, Freedom Riders & 9 to 5! Notable commercial work includes: UPS, Johnson & Johnson and PBS.

    Toni is graduate of The Los Angeles County High School for the Arts with a major in dance, and minor in Musical Theater and Opera. An accomplished dancer, Toni trained at The Joffrey Ballet School. She then furthered her theatrical studies in New York at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy before going on her first national tour at the age of 20. Her training and time in New York, (15 years!) afforded her the opportunities to train with some of Broadways best, like vocal coach Justin Stoney, founder of New York Vocal Coaching and Liam Forde. She has been choreographed by members of Alvin Ailey, Cedar Lake Ballet and Broadways Chris Gatelli and Raja Feather Kelly. On stage, she was most recently seen at The Wallis Theater for Performing Arts in The ASCAP Foundation Musical Workshop performing new works for Stephen Schwartz(Wicked, Godspell) & Cinco Paul(Schmigadoon). As a teaching artist Toni has taught classes and workshops at schools, performance academy’s and studios focused in all areas of performing. Specializing in young adults, she’s directed and choreographed youth productions of Willy Wonka, Beauty and the Beast, Cinderella, Newsies, and Seussical. She is also a singer/songwriter and guitarist in the folk duo Little Bull Fighter. Proud member of SAG-AFTRA and ACTORS EQUITY ASSOCIATION.

    In addition to her performance career, Toni is a multi-medaled competitive figure skater with 13 years of competitive experience and proficiency in both coaching and choreographing. With a passion for wellness and healthy living; Toni is also a certified Pilates and Indoor cycling instructor.

  • Elias Wygodny​

    A classically trained singer, actor and teaching artist with more than 20 years of professional performance experience. Helming from Chicago-land, Illinois, Elias got his professional start at the age of 11 in the Marriott Theatre’s production of Oliver!

    Elias is a graduate of the University of Michigan (BFA, Musical Theatre) with additional Training and Certifications in Movement and Acting from the Michael Chekhov Acting Studio NYC, Lucid Body Institute (Certified Lucid Body Physical Acting Instructor) and Johns Hopkins School of Education with a certificate in Mind, Brain, and Teaching. Elias has studied voice with Tony Award Nominee, Ron Raines, Julia Davids (author of Vocal Technique), and broadway voice teacher, Andrew Byrne, where he received his Voice Teacher Certification (The Singing Athlete). Elias is currently on faculty at the Stella Adler Academy of Acting and Theatre, and Stella Adler Art of Acting Studio.

    Elias has performed in regional theaters around the country. Favorite roles include: John Wilkes Booth in Stephen Sondheims’s Assassins (Studio Theatre Del Sol), Marius in Les Miserables (Encore Musical Theatre), Gabe in 2076 (Schapiro Theater), Sagramore in Camelot (Laguna Playhouse), and Louis in Sunday in The Park with George (California Center For The Arts). Growing up Elias played music with his brother and formed the band, The Heartstrings Project (music available on all music platforms). Elias is also a singer/songwriter & pianist in the folk duo Little Bull Fighter and a proud member of ASCAP.

    In addition to his performance career Elias is an E-RYT 200-hour Yoga instructor. He has taught Mindfulness-Based practices nationally and internationally in both private and public sectors. He is also a professional ceramicist and teacher at Bitter Root Pottery, West Hollywood.
